Looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Plans and organizes staff and their activities to achieve the hospital's mission and initiatives.
• Develops procedures and supplements that allow human resources staff to function efficiently and that are easy for hospital staff to   access and implement.
• Reviews Human Resources Management throughout the hospital to assure compliance with established federal, state and corporate   policies and procedures.
• Working in close coordination with management to launch the job portal and writing job market-related blogs. 
• Tracking the job market trends and assisting the team in chocking out strategy. 
• Maintain database of potential clients for job portal.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• MBA Holder.
• Good communication Skills.
• Management Skills.
