Required Project Manager - Civil In Qatar

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Civil in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Conduct pre-construction and periodic meetings with customer and site personnel.
•  Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
•  Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
•  Prepare Budget and Financial Reporting.
•  Assist with bid preparation, project scopes, construction survey, GPS equipment, start up, schedule, permitting and   oversight.
•  Keep management informed on progress of project and budget.

Job Requriements:

•  Graduate Civil Engineer.
• Minimum 8 years experience.
•  Strong knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
•  Good Time Management Skills.
• Excellent managerial skills.
