Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Assistant in UAE.
Job Details:
- Assist in maintenance of proper electronic filing system for administrative documentation and ensures quick retrieval of requested documents.
- Provides accurate information by answering questions and requests without disclosing anything confidential or sensitive in nature. Independently resolves most inquiries. Frequently handles confidential or sensitive information or issues.
- Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management discovering irregularities determining continuing needs.
- Enters data from various sources into spreadsheets, verifies input and calculations. Regularly develops original spreadsheets, databases and reports. Suggests improvements to increase efficiency and improve communication of departmental and functional information.
- Assist in creation of shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing Lists and Shipyard Material Receivers) along with administrative and logistical arrangements for the ongoing shipments and projects.
Job Requirements:
- Two years experience in the same field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Graduate holder.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
