Job Description :

We are urgently seeking for a HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  The Human Resources Manager, Wellpath Consultant manages, directs/supervises the staff and activities of the Human Resources \   Department.
•  Plans and organizes staff and their activities to achieve the hospital's mission and initiatives.
•  Develops procedures and supplements that allow human resources staff to function efficiently and that are easy for hospital staff to   access and implement.
•  Reviews Human Resources Management throughout the hospital to assure compliance with established federal, state and corporate   policies and procedures.
•  Reviews and evaluates employee safety issues and ensures information relating to Workers' Compensation claims are appropriately   maintained.
•  Provides on-going support and ensures staff adheres to organization's Code of Conduct training.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledgeable of Qatar Labor Law.
• Strong writing skills are required.
•  Good English Communication.
• Bachelor's Degree holder.
• Excellent managerial skills.
