Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Supervisor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Implement an effective recruitment and selection process for all employees.
• Oversee the district application and screening process and ensure that the district is represented as an attractive employer.
• Support the implementation of the district employee evaluation program and to help ensure that it is implemented effectively and   uniformly.
• Plan, evaluate and administer the equal employment opportunity provisions and work cooperatively with others to ensure   compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
•  May serve as a liaison between the district and university teachers training programs to facilitate a successful Student Teacher   program within the district.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• MBA Holder.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
