Job Description :
Wanted experienced Human Resources Administrator in UAE.
Job Details:
- Represents organization at personnel related hearings and investigations.
- Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as relocation service.
- Conducts training on company policy issues, and other issues as they arise.
- Counsels employees and other managers on various employee relation issues.
- Maintains technical knowledge and a current awareness of new Human Resource developments and techniques.
- Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Two years experience in same field.
- Strong organization skills with attention to detail.
