Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Plans maintenance outages using effective time management principles and input from other Department   Heads.
•  Observe progress of work to evaluate efficiency and work quality, while keeping the Plant Manager aware of   progress.
•  Prepares annual department budget and makes decisions regarding compliance with approved budget.
•  Oversees troubleshooting of plant problems related to Maintenance Department.
•  Prepares and presents Committee and Board Reports as required.
•  Participates in equipment meetings to resolve equipment and operations problems.

Job Requirements:

•  Associate's degree.
•  Exceptional leadership skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Coaches department personal to develop teamwork skills.
