Job Details:

•  Address guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper departments as required.
•  Assist in managing the departmental budget in a fiscally responsible manner.
•  Conduct daily morning meeting with housekeeping staff.
•  Understand housekeeping department budget and how to maintain seasonal profitability.
•  Review and monitor changes in business demand to ensure enough coverage for that day and following days.

Job Requirements:
