A leading company looking for an experienced Store Assistant Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Retain, implement, and ultimately train the benchmark selling behaviors related to driving retail sales.
• Provide world-class customer service by building quality relationships with customers and following up on all requests in a timely   manner.
• Serve as a coach and role model to the store teams by providing constructive feedback and demonstrating servant leadership.
• Ensuring the adherence to SOPs in Store and smooth cashiering process.
• Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions.
• Mapping competition in terms of categories, price points, physical appearance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Minimum 7 years experience is required.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Excellent managerial skills.
