Job Description :

Wanted Quantity Surveyor in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

  •  Generate preliminary estimates of the buildings & services.
  •  Provide preliminary budget of the building and service areas.
  •  Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs.
  •  Prepare a high level project schedule.
  •  Valuing completed work and arranging for payments.
  •  Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience is preferred.
  • Degree holder.
  •  Excellent problem solving skills.
  •  Good knowledge of construction.
  • Communication skill.
