Job Description :

We are looking for an Assistant cook in Bahrain.

Job Details:

•  Follows proper food handling techniques and coordinates the use of time, material and equipment to avoid waste and unnecessary expense.
•  Assists Line Cooks in the preparation and service of various foods in assigned work including pantry items, soups, sauces, poultry and fish items.
•  Assists Baker in the preparation of basic dessert items as well as breakfast items.
•  Assists Sous Chef with pre-preparation of ingredients for entrees.
•  Maintains acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with department dress code.
•  Maintains assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition.

Job Requirements:

•  High School Diploma holder.
•  Strong oral and written communication skills.
•  Valid drivers license is required.
• Good organization skills.
