Job Description :

We are urgently hiring for a Pastry Chef in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Create and oversee daily operating procedures for Pastry department to meet business operating objectives.
•  Recommend or create new menu items utilizing research on new products, trends, and member requests which deliver on financial   target and quality expectations.
•  Hire, schedule, train, coach / mentor, develop and manage performance of Pastry employees.
•  Assist with any member or guest issues/concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
•  Anticipate daily business levels and ensure schedules have adequate coverage for all shifts.
•  Perform daily spot checks for menu accuracy and taste in all areas.

Job Requirements:

•  Minimum 2 years of experience is must.
• Good communication skill.
• Computer knowledge will be added an advantage.
• High School Diploma holder.
