A leading company looking for experienced Executive Chef in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Develop seasonal and daily items that source local & sustainable food practices and that pair with our beer selection.
• Train and develop back of house team to ensure successful services.
•  Communicate and reinforce the food quality and service vision for the Hotel and Lanes to fellow managers, supervisors and other staff.
•  Develop localized and/or regional specials to support local ingredients and/or products.
• Provide feedback to the corporate office in order to manage vendor relationships properly.
•  Provide culinary vision and practicality to menu planning and recipe development.
