Looking for  Production Manager  in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

• Champion team utilization of leadership and systematic problem solving tools to accomplish objectives.
• Exceed annual safety performance indicators measured by recordable injury rate, lost time incident rate and   100% safety audit compliance.
• Achieve 100% SCOT indicator in coordination with Sr. Production Manager for their designated work   centers.
• Determine and exceed schedule attainment targets, work with embedded Production Control team to   eliminate backorders, communicate with Purchasing team to reduce expedites, and support the lean   transformation process demonstrated by on-time achievement of GDP indicators (supporting SCOT and   financial objectives).
• Achieve inventory reduction targets, achieve budgeted labor cost, and achieve variable cost targets. Exceed   customer expectations by exceeding quality targets.
• Work in conjunction with Quality and Manufacturing Engineering teams to develop work instructions for all   jobs

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Commerce.
• Good communication skill.
• Well knowledge in computer.
• Analytical skill.
• Managing Arabic Language.
