Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Directs the efforts of the Human Resources Department, including supervision of staff.  
•  Administers existing benefit plans for all employees and assists in the development of modified or new plans. 
•  Coordinates recruitment and supports other departmental managers in personnel actions such as recruitment,   hiring, termination, and promotion. 
•  Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within   schedule.
•  Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude.
•  Adhering to the instructions and guidelines advised by the reporting authorities.

Job Requirements:

•  Masters degree.
• Minimum One year experience.
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•  Extremely well organized & ability to multi-task.
