Job Description :
A leading company looking for an experienced HR Executive in Bahrain.
Job Details:
- Plan and organize various company, holiday and employee meetings and events
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to senior management.
- Provide HR support and assistance to the HR Director including new hire onboarding, termination processing, benefits & pay administration, employee communications and HRIS administration.
Job Requirements:
- Four years experience in the same field.
- Healthcare experience in preferred.
- Graduate holder.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).
