•  Serve as a coach and role model to the store team by providing constructive feedback and demonstrating   servant leadership.
•  Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
•  Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
•  Creating and maintaining accurate schedules for your team.
•  Auditing and investigating on cash shortages and inventory variations.

Job Requirements:
