Customer Service Executive Required

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Customer service Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Resolve customer queries by exploring the answers and relevant alternative solutions.
•  Capture & Maintain customer demographics accurately. 
• Answer customer queries and clarifying them by providing accurate information.
• Determine the customers requirements and assisting them as per the process.
•  Resolve all queries/objections of customers.
• Following up with customer & facilitate for completion of transaction.

Job Requirements:

• With valid Driving Licence.
• Only male candidates need to apply.
• Diploma holder.
• Minimum one year experience in the same field.
