Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Managing customers’ accounts.
•  Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails. 
•  Generating sales leads, building sustainable relationships where necessary.
•  Communicating with internal teams to discuss reaching target goals.
•  Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customersPossibly delegating certain customer enquiries to specific teams.
•  Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure.

Job Requirements:

• With valid UAE Driving Licence.
• Graduate holder.
• Minimum two years experience in the same field.
• Customer serivce skills.
