Job Description :
Looking for an experienced HR Officer in Saudi Arabia.
Job Details:
- Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function. This includes, but may not be limited to: talent acquisition, career development, performance management, retention, training, compensation, benefits and succession planning.
- Develop HR plans and strategies that support the achievement of the operations strategies.
- Annually review the compensation program & employee handbooks recommending updates and changes.
- Assist in the performance management process throughout the year. This includes annual performance reviews and quarterly reviews or performance plans
- Review and update job descriptions annually or as needed.
- Support the bi-weekly payroll process to include data input of new hires, terminations, compensation changes,hours worked, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate holder.
- Three years experience in the same field.
- Well versed in MS Office.
- Good communication & interpersonal skills.
