Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Sous Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  More focus required towards food cost, monthly/quarterly/yearly budgets.
•  Innovative and forward thinking when planning menus all while maintaining financial responsibility for the   menu mix.
•  Responsible for making prep lists for a high volume environment.
•  Oversees inventory of food product and coordinates product ordering and receiving within corporate   specifications.
•  Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen to Comply with State and local Heath Department Regulations.
•  Supervises kitchen and dining room staff in absence of supervisor.

Job Requirements:

•  High School diploma.
•  Interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Ability to move throughout the café and kitchen.
