Job Description :

A leading compnay looking for experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Able to work with contractor schedulers to incorporate data in the master project schedule.
•  Perform spot check site inspections to assess actual progress.
•  Utilizes critical path analysis and what-if scenarios to fully support the project team.
•  Acting as financial advisors and monitoring progress for the client.
•  Able to interpret and check drawings, tender documents, quantities and estimates.
•  Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.

Job Requirements:

• BSc degree holder need to apply.
• With more than 7 years experience in the field.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
•  Good Organizational Skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
