Job Details:

•  Prepare ingredients needed for recipes of menu items.
•  Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise.
•  Use equipment as prescribed in preparation of menu items.
•  Operate and maintain all department equipment and reporting of malfunctioning.
•  Perform varied duties to ensure proper back of house operation according to standard operating procedure.
•  Design menu based on inputs from customer surveys/marketing team.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience and skills as a Sous Chef.
•  High School diploma holder.
•  Proficient in verbal and written English.
• Must be a customer oriented.
