Job Details:

•  Ensure consistency of product throughout all services.
•  Overseeing general pastry and baked goods production and delivery.
• Possess a knowledge of the full menu.
•  Assisting with inventory and purchasing procedures.
• Support the management team to ensure targets are met with labor and food costs.
•  Maintaining updated and accurate recipes and costing for all dishes.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience and skills in food or culinary services.
• Degree holder.
•  General knowledge of food preparation methods.
• Communication , customer service skill.
