Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quality Specialist in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Evaluate and monitor the quality of the service being provided by care agents to customers across Calls/Chat/Social media /Trouble tickets / Retail
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Have recurring quality calibrations to ensure consistency in evaluations across the sites.
• Keep track of low performing agents to see improvement after feedback is provided

Job Requirements:

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
•  1 year of experience in quality assurance or more
•  Hindi & Malayalam languages are a plus
• Bachelors degree holder.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Be a smart and presentable.
