Job Details:

•  Manages and develops direct-report associates to build on individual strengths while maximizing collective talents and team   potential.
• Establishes work priorities and conducts annual performance evaluations for direct reports.
• Day-to-day management of marketing partners and/or client relationships.
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
• Determine and manage the marketing budget.
• Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate Holder.
• Minimum 2 years experienc eis required.
