Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Perform tasks related to shipment of equipment and parts from vendors to manufacturing shops and customer locations.
•  Create shipping quote requisition for the projects and seek vendor quotes for shipment and performs competitive analysis.
•  Receive/verify shipping cost and custom duty invoices from freight forwarders and forward for payment.
•  Monitor shipments from order entry through delivery to ensure on time performance is met.
•  Reviews bid proposals for equipment shipping cost and incoterms and negotiate within budgetary limitations and scope of authority.
•  Keeps suppliers informed about future purchases to allow for proper inventory control.

Job Requirements:

• BSc degree holder need to apply.
• Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management skills.
• Previous relevant experience preferred.
•  Good expert knowledge of MS Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
