Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Able to prepare & review BOQ ( Bill of Quantity), Variation and BOQ updation from Design/ Shop Drawings, Cash flow, cost.
• Advise the management of the program deviations /delays and prepare documents of Financial impact.
• Preparation of Non-Tender items with respective to GFC.
• Preparing Daily , Weekly, Monthly Progress Report.
• To Perform Market survey to collect the Material rates from vendors.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
• Minimum one year experienc eis required.
•  Management Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
