Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Call Center Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Responsible for queries management.
•  Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
• Responsible for maintaining TATs of Inbound & Outbound Calls.
•  Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
•  Create and Update customer records.
•  Provide customers with product and service information.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience. 
• Bachelor's degree holder.
•  Customer Service knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Be a smart and presentable.
