Job Description :

Urgently required Human Resource Officer in  Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures for all team members.
•  Develops appropriate policies and programs for effective management of the people resources of the organization.
•  Annually review the compensation program & employee handbooks recommending updates and changes.
•  Plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs and evaluates Medically Home’s human resource function and   performance.
•  Assist in the performance management process throughout the year. This includes annual performance reviews and   quarterly reviews or performance plans 
•  Review and update job descriptions annually or as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience.
• MBA graduate.
•  Good Communication Skills.
•  Understanding of general HR policies & procedures.
• Communication skill.
