Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Serving as point-of-contact between two parties in contractual matters.
•  Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
•  Providing guidance on contracts to staff, managers, and executives.
•  Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate.
•  Ensuring all contracts are signed and delivered to relevant parties.
•  Collaborating with teams, such as Finance or Legal, on contract insurance requirements.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s Degree.
•  Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Strong contract modeling software skills.
