Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Architectural CAD Technician in Qatar.

Job Details:

  • Assist Acquisitions and Development teams with the preparation of density studies, site plans for presentation, and other exhibits necessary to determine the feasibility of a site or to market a project 
  • Assist Preconstruction team as necessary with plan takeoffs, and drafting design details 
  • Coordinate with external players as necessary such as brokers, consultants, and municipal agents 
  • Interpret and apply building and municipal codes as directed. 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years GCC experience preferred.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering
  • Qatar Experience is a must
