Commercial Manager(construction)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Maintain and promote a safe working environment and demonstrate correct HSSEA behaviours and   leadership.
•  Works tight deadlines in an efficient and calm manner, while managing other stress factors that arise.
•  Provides and supports the Marketing Team with possible candidates for advertising sales.
•  Identify opportunities to expand the business, including through partnerships, mergers and new markets.
•  Develop accurate and consistent bids with the help of relevant departments.
•  Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected   situations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree.
• Minimum One year experience.
•  Strong communication, sales and presentation skills.
•  Superb negotiation capabilities.
