Required Guest Service Agent

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Guest Service Agent in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Receive and greets members and guests; assist with seating.
•  Manage the guest reservation system.
•  Inspect table settings, chairs, floors, proper maintenance, cleanliness and safety, takes immediate action to correct any issues. 
•  Anticipate guest needs and ensure that service meets/ exceeds expectations to ensure a memorable and pleasant dining experience.
•  Attend trainings about service standards, menu items and up- selling.
•  Train food service and bar staff on a continuous basis. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum one year experience in the same field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
