Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in UAE. {{STRONG}}Job Details:{{ESTRONG}}

•  Conduct Quantity Surveying Process According to the technical standards.
•  Prepare and review Client Invoice, Sub- Contractor Invoice, Variation Orders and Cost Control. 
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site   engineers. 
• Prepare cost and expenditures statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for duration   of the project.
• Measure and value the work done on site.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma Holder.
• Two years experience in same field.
•  Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
•  Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Be a smart and presentable.
