Application Support (senior Officer)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Officer in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Pro-active and continual performance monitoring and tuning of the Microsoft SQL and SharePoint   environment; 
•  Supporting and upgrading a wide range of corporate software applications; and.
•  Creating and maintaining Application support documentation, including standard operating procedures,   business continuity plans and disaster recovery documentation.
•  Managing coordination at a local and international level where required.
•  Delivering regular and customised training to teams within the business.
•  Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organisation’s systems.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor in Computer Science / Engineering.
•   7+ years of IT experience in similar domain.
•  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
•  Critical thinking skills.
