Job Description :

We are looking for an QC Inspectors in Abu Dhabi.

Job Details:

•  Coordinates and oversees same day turnaround cleanings and inspections.
•  Completes inspection reports in a timely manner. Ensures documents are maintained properly.
•  Occasionally tours a unit with a potential tenant.
•  Oversees the cleaning companies that prepare the units. Performs spot checks on the cleaning crews to ensure standards are followed.
•  Coordinates unit repairs with the Unit Management group.
•  Ensures that the brand standards are met for each unit.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma required.
•  Strong customer service skills.
•  Knowledge of local building codes.
•  Strong oral and written communications skills.
• 5 years experience is required.
