Job Description :

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist in Bahrain.

Job Details:

•  Daily help desk operations including, but not limited to, telephone support, diagnosing problems, and completing regularly scheduled activities.
•  Monitor Help Desk email account and direct workflow accordingly.
•  Install new equipment, replace existing equipment and move equipment when necessary throughout the property.
•  Assist guests with connecting to wired and wireless networks in guest rooms and meeting rooms.
•  Assist with tracking the company's inventory of computer hardware and software.
•  Document all problems or program malfunctions in Help Desk system and notifies Help Desk personnel.

Job Requirements:

•  Minimum of atleast 1 year of experienced in CCTV, Biometrics/Access Control System.
•  Strong communication skills in English.
•  Must be a graduate in Computer IT/MIS or any related course.
•  Excellent customer service skills.
