Looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Participates with inside and outside sales activities utilizing a proactive sales approach.
•  Ensures a strong working knowledge of product/ service and company standards.
•  Resolves customer service issues and questions demonstrating good judgment with the goal of customer satisfaction.
•  Maintains daily deposits for posted cash receipts and month- end reconciliation.
•  Responsible for preparing and auditing all daily batch activities.
• Supports Drivers and Service Technicians with questions related to customer service, deliveries, and past due accounts.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate holder.
•  Familiarity with MS Office.
• Minimum one year experience in the same field.
• Good communication skills.
