Required Pastry Chef

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Running of the Pastry station on a day to day basis.
•  Recommend products to customers and potential customers based on their needs and interests.
•  Adjust oven temperatures and observe items while baking to ensure quality end products.
•  Ability to adapt the quantity of ingredients to match the amount of finished products needed.
•  Monitoring the kitchen’s overall progress, service, and team work daily.
• Identifying training needs in line with the departmental training plan.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree.
•  Strong communication and organizational skills.
•  At least 5 years hotel experience.
•  Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.
