Product Development Executive In Qatar

Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Product Development Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Develop  marketing strategies and new product offerings to set the direction for NYPA in selecting target markets and customers
• Create strategies and brands to introduce new products and associated pricing.
• Establish and monitor monthly performance metrics for the Marketing and Product Development teams.
• Ensure education and creative content is clear and accurate based on product efficacy claims, testing and regulatory requirements.  
• Recruit, develop and lead new product development team; ensure cross-training and building of knowledge and expertise.  
• Guide and assist team and peers in overcoming hurdles, as well as provide technical feasibility for new product concepts,   manufacturing capabilities, ingredient selection, and tracking industry trends.

Job Requirements:

• Good inter-personal skills.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Good ommunication skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
•  GCC driving License.
