Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Admin Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Organize and prioritize large volumes of information, inquiries, requests and phone calls.
  •  Summarizes contents of incoming materials requiring knowledge of technical matters.
  •  Ability to compose and draft correspondence, including letters, memos, and reports of a highly confidential nature. 
  •  Support activities within employee engagement strategy, including organizing meetings and team events.
  •  May support multiple managers.
  •  Provides a full range of administrative and/or secretarial services to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Seven years experience in the same field.
  • Well versed in MS Office.
  • Time management skills.
