Job Description :
A leading company looking for an experienced Admin Officer in Qatar.
Job Details:
- Organize and prioritize large volumes of information, inquiries, requests and phone calls.
- Summarizes contents of incoming materials requiring knowledge of technical matters.
- Ability to compose and draft correspondence, including letters, memos, and reports of a highly confidential nature.
- Support activities within employee engagement strategy, including organizing meetings and team events.
- May support multiple managers.
- Provides a full range of administrative and/or secretarial services to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Seven years experience in the same field.
- Well versed in MS Office.
- Time management skills.
