Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced Shift Supervisor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Direct, coordinate and facilitate the daily activities of direct reports to ensure the achievement of production goals and customer expectations in a   safe, timely, cost-effective manner.
•  Ensure standards for product quality, equipment, and operator performance are maintained and that cost-effective technology is used to maximize   production.
•  Assist in the development of departmental budget, monitor plant spending, and report on operating costs within functional areas.
•  Waste sheets are used consistently and concerns are communicated to the Management team in regards to food cost and inventory. 
•  Customer complaints are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner when a Manager is not present. 
•  Establish and assign downtime tasks within the concept to maintain sanitation, customer service, and organizational standards.   

Job Requirements:
