Wanted Property Manager in Oman.

Job Details:

•  Prepare and audit annual operating budgets and monitor five percent (5%) tolerance. Prepare monthly report of operation for review   with owner.
•  Advertise units and negotiate lease terms.
•  Secure bids for capital expenditure – submit to owner. Secure approval and implement.
•  Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner.
•  Process and maintain all security deposits. Track & instruct accounting regarding disposition of security deposits, if required by   owner practices.
•  Coordinate maintenance schedule with Maintenance Coordinator.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience.
• Bachelor's degree graduate.
•  Business Development Management knowledge.
•  Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Communication skill.
