Wanted experienced Talent Development Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Conduct employee talent assessments to discover talent gaps.
•  Measure workforce strategies to enhance overall culture and work environment of company.
•  Deploy resources necessary to achieve financial and business objectives.​
•  Maintain professional standards for talent development including documentation, consulting, design, and   facilitation.​
•  Create and deliver internal training; using a variety of learning methods including, instructor led, e-learning,   LMS, coaching, job-shadowing and online training.
•  Ensure candidate pipeline for critical roles.

Job Requirements:

•  Bachelor's degree required.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.  
• Minimum One year experience.
