Job Description :

We are currently hiring for a Customer Support Specialist in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Collection calls/emails or customer visits for assigned accounts and meeting set targets.
•  Support credit and collection lead in ad-hoc tasks for the function.
•  Adhering to the company & function policies as directed by collection lead.
•  Assign credit limit to a new customer is based on the credit portfolio Segment.
•  Attend collections meetings with customers.
•  Prepare monthly/quarterly required reports.

Job Requirements:

•  Minimum 5 years of experience in same field.
•  Target Driven and Well Presented.
•  Bachelor’s degree holder.
•  Fluent in both English and Arabic.
