•  Develop the operations strategy for scaling up the operations.
•  Ensuring seamless operations within the store to support achievement of all store goals. 
•  Process design, optimization and implementation based on lean & agile operations principles.
•  People management Train, motivate and engage employees.
•  Ensure a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum One year experience.
