Looking for  Procurement Manager in Saudi Arabia.

Job Details:

• Oversees contracts and procurement activity for completeness and to ensure compliance with federal and state   law, HUD requirements, HASLC policies other applicable regulations, statutes, directives, and procedures. 
• Prepares solicitations and receives proposal and bids; prepares award documentation and contracts. 
• Tracks and helps evaluate vendor performance. Recommends procedures to review and evaluate requisitions   for supplies, materials, equipment, and services to completeness and accuracy; assisting in advising agency   staff relating to procurement standards, commodity supply sources and procurement timeliness. 
• Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local laws pertaining to wages and the Davis Bacon Act.
• Ensures all internal control and procedures are in place for contract administration and construction   management. 
• Performs pre-award and post-award functions involving highly specialized procurements; including   procurement planning, maintaining acquisition documents and related schedules, and coordinating a variety of   contract administration activities. 

Job Requirments:

• Minimum 5 years experience to this field.
• Good communication skill.
• Graduated in Engineering.
• Knowledge in computer.
• Managing Arabic Language.
