Required Production Manager

Job Description :

Urgently looking for experienced Production Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Set the vision for Production, establish the goals and metrics to drive improvement.
•  Develop budgets and manage activities to accomplish financial objectives.
•  Oversee the tracking of actual departmental spending by Managers/Supervisors, ensuring that variances are resolved. 
•  Lead Continuous Improvement & Lean Manufacturing efforts in department and participate in site steering committee to assure positive culture.
•  Achieve inventory reduction targets, achieve budgeted labor cost, and achieve variable cost targets.
•  Evaluate all personnel within work centers and support training objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder need toa pply.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Having 3 years experience in the same field.
• Good Organizational Skills.
