Job Description :

We are looking for an HR Officer in Bahrain.

Job Details:

  •  Develop HR plans and strategies that support the achievement of the operations strategies.
  •  Function as a business adviser to the Senior Management Team or Board of Directors regarding organizational or management   issues.
  •  Develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures for all team members.
  •  Annually review the compensation program & employee handbooks recommending updates and changes.
  •  Review and update job descriptions annually or as needed.
  • Maintain all records related to employment and payroll.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource.
  •  Computer proficiency required.
  • Good Customer service oriented.
  •  Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Be a smart and presentable.
